Krystal Urban Cancun & Beach Club

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

I waited over 2 hours to be checked in only to be given a room that was occupied , the service at the Krystal was pathetic and professional the staff could hardly communicate in English , the hotel room I asked for was meant to be a smoke free room yet smelled bad , I would never recommend this hotel

酒店房問看到破舊的傢俱、走廊地毯一股臭味，房間也盡是難聞味道，而且床墊非常臟，床單有毛且不千凈，沒有冰箱、微波爐，幾乎沒有任何東西。衹有一間浴室、兩張床和一張桌子。前台接待員態度惡劣，客户服務為零。若不是訂的接送行程都是這家酒店，重新下單行程有些已滿而 無法預訂到，且己飛了近30來個小時太累的話，真的一天都不想佳。差差差！一言難盡！
